Reflections from Jim Fleming

Dear Friends,

I have been involved with 4G3 since day one and have attended all gala events. 4G3 has grown significantly along with MELTI (4G3’s Middle Eastern arm). 4G3 expanded beyond the Middle East a few years ago to include Pakistan, Ukraine, Qatar, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, and South Africa.

While I have been involved in teaching the global group, I have never been to a gathering that involved the Middle East.

The stories of the attendees from 12 to 13 countries made an incredible impact on Teresa and me. We live in a bubble in the USA, but now have a better understanding of what many of our leaders and students face each day. Walking the streets and visiting the mosques were exciting, but you feel the spiritual darkness over the city, as well as the Middle East, as heard from our attendees.

They need our prayers and support to continue making Jesus’ disciples. We are thankful for Wahid and Laila, who have sacrificed and led MELTI and 4G3. Prayers to them, our leaders, students, and all opportunities we come in contact with to share the gospel.
